30 Days 30 Changes Day 2 wrap up

Firstly I will let everyone know about the Lifestyle Mop up program I’m keeping to in the next few days…  I’ve just suckered someone in (Robyn) to help place it all on a excel sheet to make it easier.  It covers things such as sleep, recovery as well as an easy to follow nutritional plan.   Today’s WRAP – Day 2 -  First Leg workout in 7 weeks low number of sets and reps as well as some individual leg stuff to get the body going again…. It’s important to ease back in.  Finished this off some HIIT 200m row 45 second recovery  X 5  plus 10 mins on x-trainer moderate….  Workout done.   One thing I’m  aware of is that I get bored with training so my workouts are generally short and fast.  But, it’s the regularity of workouts that gets results.

Picked up Abby had a social catch-up and coffee with Kahbeer down at La dolce Viita Caloundra (that’s 25 points) and a slow walk down the beach with Abby; sand castle etc (that’s  another 20 points).  One thing I’m noticing with the point system is that it makes me plan my  lifestyle recovery .

Big understanding from today:

  • I realised how much picking of food I was doing
  • I need to shop for a few things (if its not in the cupboard unplanned eating occurs)
  • The point system on lifestyle made me get off the phone talking work and enjoy my time with Abby
