Sodium it’s evolution we are meant to retain sodium problem is our cave going folk didn’t carry around salt shakers…. There is a major B6 deficiency in the western diet these days … we add it to bread but the gluten inhibits absorption…. Speaking of gluten 7 out of 10 people are gluten sensitive and may not even show intestinal discomfort …but! it shows up on the scales… Finally it is well documented that 65% of us don’t get enough zinc….
