Personal Trainer Caloundra – Ryan O’Neal
Ryan has been working in the health and fitness industry for many years training hundreds of clients. He believes that by giving people a purpose behind their health and fitness goals is what drives people to initiate the positive lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime. In his own words “Educating people is the key to results with all eating and training programs”. He draws on his past military experiences and world travels, from Cambodia to cycling and hiking around New Zealand to add a very direct element to his training.
