These weekends are a way for blokes to get outdoors and learn about nutrition and exercise without the fluffy stuff.  This is a back to basics weekend including many activities; all food and accommodation.  It’s an opportunity for blokes to get away with like minded men and come back with a renewed approach to their lifestyle.  (Ladies don’t be nervous book your husband in). You will walk away with the knowledge of how to train, eat,  even cook yourself to health and fitness results.   It’s that Basic.

They either commence on a Friday Afternoon till Sunday Afternoon or Saturday Early Morning through to the Sunday Afternoon.
